The foundations for real change
In the first week, we create the basis for your daily meditation. You will be given the tools you need to realign your life. This will make it easier for you to consolidate new habits and really stick to them this time.

Mindfulness is only in my head, isn't it? Not quite. :) In the second week, we pay special attention to our bodies. You will learn how to consciously relax your body, strengthen your connection to it and feel a new sense of lightness.

A healthy approach to your own emotions is the basis for harmonious and fulfilling relationships. Here you will learn about the Emotional Freedom Process. This is your 4-step plan that helps you to deal with every emotion in a healthy way without losing yourself in it.

Where do my thoughts actually come from? And what do they mean? In the fourth week, you will find out how you can dissolve old beliefs that make you unhappy and bring more positivity into your life instead.
